Thanks for flagging this. Change order CO-12 for the additional grading was signed by your project manager on June 18; the signed copy is attached, along with our current W-9.

Could AP release the $16,400 covered by PO 4471 now, and the remaining $6,200 once CO-12 is on file?

Our PO 4471 covers $16,400 of INV-2296. The change order for the additional grading ($6,200) was never approved on our side, so AP can't release the full amount. They also need a current W-9 on file before anything goes out.
